My mother was a resident here for 6 months, and I couldn't be happier with the care she received. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and treated her with REAL dignity. They always took the time to sit and talk with her, while keeping us updated weekly. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, and the activities programs kept residents engaged and social. Communication with our family was clear and timely, especially when it mattered the most. I'd recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a place that truly cares for its residents!

I had a really great experience with this facility. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents’ well-being. From the moment you walk in, you can feel that they make comfort, safety, and respect a priority. The nurses and aides are patient, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents are cared for properly. I also want to give a shoutout to the admissions director, Sidney Kelly, she has definitely made me & my family’s experience the best. Even when I have to call late at night she still answers, and that’s a real team player who advocates for her residents & staff!

My family member was treated with kindness and respect throughout their stay. The staff was caring, helpful, and always willing to answer our questions. The facility was clean and welcoming, and we truly appreciate the great care they received. Thank you to everyone at Aliya of Evanston!

This facility is horrible. I've only been here for hours, but I requested not to be in earshot of other guest listening to my personal provate health information so I did not get a welcome, nor an introduction to this facility. The curtain around my bed does not close. So, no privacy. The telephone in each room they boost about on thier website is an outright lie. I require a shower chair. There isn't even enough room to put a shower chair iF one is available. The website said that chefs will accommodate your dietary needs. They can't if they dont talk to you about I our dietary needs. My daily medications were not available. I asked for a blanket. It was just as thin as the sheet. So if it's cold - tough. Deception is the truth e quality of this very cramped facility. If I could give less than one star I would. And there is no need to respond by referring me to a phone number. I won't call. How about addressing the issues. The are articulated clear enough for you to address them without having to waste my time calling someone. Your lack of a response shows avoidance. Your only here to collect money from my insurance. Care isn't care without you showing care.

It is a nightmare hole in the wall facility. I got send there after a prolonged hospital stay to undergo physical therapy. Got put in a room I had to share with two others. My only privacy was a curtain around the bed and about two feet of floor space around it. The doors to the outdoor facilities were locked at all times. I told her hem I didn’t want to stay and at first they refused to release me while I was there on voluntary basis. Had to move heaven and earth h to get released into the care a friend. Don’t go there. They send representatives to hospitals who paint a beautiful picture but the place is a hell hole
